Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

Clickatell is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead its Solutions Architecture and Technical Account Management functions. The role ensures that customer solutions are well‑designed, scalable, commercially sound, and smoothly activated while building high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop teams of Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers.
• Establish and evolve standards for output quality, technical excellence and best practices.
• Own and evolve the technical design governance model across all customer engagements.
• Review and approve high‑level solution designs, complex architectures and RFP/proposal inputs.
• Act as escalation point for solution risks such as over‑engineering, unvalidated assumptions or scope misalignment.
• Drive consistency in solution quality, demo standards and architecture excellence.
• Support New Sales, Growth and Customer Support with timely solution design and technical translation.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success and Sales leadership to align solutions with roadmap and capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience in building and scaling technical delivery teams.
• Strong governance and solution‑design oversight capabilities.
• Hands‑on technical expertise for complex or high‑impact opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management with Sales, Product and Customer Success functions.
