About the role
The CCMA is seeking a Team Leader for Administration at its Western Cape Province office in Cape Town. The role is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of provincial support services and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the business plan and manage finance and budget.
- Oversee building maintenance, office management, assets, procurement and supply chain.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and manage people.
- Prepare reports and ensure effective communication.
Required profile
- At least five (5) years of experience in an administrative role, or a Matric and a National Diploma in Labour Relations (or equivalent) with three (3) years practical experience.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in administration or case management.
Required skills
- Strong people‑management and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage finance, budgets and procurement processes.
