About the role
The South African Social Security Agency is seeking two Grants Administrators (Level 05) to provide customer‑care services for grant applicants in the Free State region, based in Bloemfontein and Thaba Nchu.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with grant applications and provide customer‑care services.
- Screen, capture and maintain grant applications, including beneficiary updates.
- Administer medical bookings and assessments for grant recipients.
- Provide off‑site grant application support and manage scanning and batching of files.
Required profile
- Qualification at NQF Level 06 in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Social Sciences, Law, IT or related field.
- Valid driver’s licence and/or prior administrative/clerical experience.
Required skills
- Computer literacy and basic IT proficiency.
- Ability to handle documentation and data entry accurately.
