About the role
We are seeking two dynamic Team Leaders to oversee our service, repair and installation teams in Pinetown, KwaZulu‑Natal. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and coordinating daily operations to meet company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high‑quality service to clients.
- Lead and motivate a team of service technicians.
- Ensure daily allocated work is completed on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with clients and all organisational levels.
- Protect the company’s image, reputation and assets.
- Pass leads to sales consultants and complete all required documentation.
- Plan and coordinate services together with service planners.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Valid, unendorsed driver’s licence.
- Minimum 2 years of hygiene‑related experience.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
- Professional attitude, presentable appearance and strong communication skills.
- Good time‑management and physical health.
Required skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet tools.
