Teach English in Indonesia – No Experience Needed, 1‑Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join English 1’s teaching team in Indonesia for a one‑year assignment. No prior teaching experience or Bahasa knowledge is required – you will receive full training and support to deliver English lessons to children and teenagers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver English language classes to learners aged 3‑18 using English 1’s multimedia curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans and adapt materials to suit different age groups.
• Engage in extracurricular and social activities with students.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and local staff to maintain a positive learning environment.

Required profile

• Valid passport and a bachelor’s degree.
• ESL certification (TEFL/TESOL) – sponsorship available.
• Willingness to commit to a full year abroad.
• Open‑minded, adaptable and eager to work in a multicultural setting.
