Tax Analyst – Complex Tax Preparation & Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Analyst to join our finance team and handle complex tax preparation, research, and planning with minimal supervision. The role involves supporting clients and internal stakeholders on a variety of tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex tax preparation, research and planning.
• Prepare, review and consolidate tax provision schedules.
• Compute Withholding Tax, Goods and Services Tax, and Corporate Tax.
• Maintain legislative materials by reviewing, interpreting and implementing new or revised tax laws.
• Advise clients on tax deductions, breaks and other tax benefits.
• Analyse tax information for mergers and acquisitions, calculate key ratios and identify tax‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least one year of relevant experience as a Tax Manager or Analyst.
• Any tax certification (e.g., Singapore tax certification) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective oral and written communication.
