About the role
We are seeking a Tax Analyst to join our finance team and handle complex tax preparation, research, and planning with minimal supervision. The role involves supporting clients and internal stakeholders on a variety of tax matters.
Key responsibilities
- Perform complex tax preparation, research and planning.
- Prepare, review and consolidate tax provision schedules.
- Compute Withholding Tax, Goods and Services Tax, and Corporate Tax.
- Maintain legislative materials by reviewing, interpreting and implementing new or revised tax laws.
- Advise clients on tax deductions, breaks and other tax benefits.
- Analyse tax information for mergers and acquisitions, calculate key ratios and identify tax‑saving opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least one year of relevant experience as a Tax Manager or Analyst.
- Any tax certification (e.g., Singapore tax certification) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective oral and written communication.
