Talent Partner – Recruiter (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

As a Talent Partner – Recruiter you will be the trusted guide for candidates from first outreach through long‑term success. Working remotely from South Africa, you will combine recruiting expertise with staffer advocacy to ensure every placement is successful and every staffer feels supported.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other platforms.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby and maintain timely, professional communication.
• Coach candidates for client interviews and guide them through the offer process.
• Serve as candidate advocate throughout client interviews, onboarding and ongoing support.
• Own a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, conduct regular check‑ins and monitor productivity, engagement and well‑being.
• Track staffer satisfaction, identify training opportunities and recruit replacements when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent management or staffer success.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with candidates and clients.
• Empathetic, proactive and comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Willingness to work an EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
