Talent Manager

About the role

SIS Global is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to own HR operations and recruitment across South Africa, the UK, and the US. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from candidate contact to work‑anniversary celebrations, while supporting a fast‑growing tech business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end talent acquisition for permanent staff, contractors and consultants across all regions.
• Manage daily use of LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinate with agencies, hiring managers and business unit leads.
• Maintain salary benchmarks, candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers; write and post job adverts.
• Handle employment contracts, onboarding/off‑boarding, payroll inputs and employee records.
• Support the CEO and line managers on employee relations and industrial matters.
• Coordinate bi‑annual performance review cycles and manage the Microsoft certification training calendar.
• Organise staff events, recognitions, internal communications and the annual satisfaction survey.

Required profile

• Degree level education.
• Proven experience managing multi‑region recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle confidential employee matters.
• Hands‑on, high‑ownership attitude with the capacity to run multiple searches simultaneously.
