About the role

As a Talent Attraction & Acquisition Business Partner you will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions across multiple regions. The role combines hands‑on recruitment delivery with advisory responsibilities, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define current and future hiring requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer stage.
• Design and execute talent attraction strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using a range of sourcing methods and technologies.
• Leverage ATS platforms, AI tools and market intelligence to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Provide data‑driven insights and reporting to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience across various functions and seniority levels.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruitment data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
