Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Spiralyze is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its remote team. You will help attract, assess and hire top talent for a fast‑growing data‑driven A/B testing company serving major brands.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Create and post job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and keep accurate records.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about learning about people and their experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, representing Spiralyze professionally.
• Quick learner who can clearly explain the company and its roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) tools.
