Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Easygenerator is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for its fast‑growing EdTech scale‑up. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines and ensure a smooth, AI‑enhanced candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer extension.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events and other platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Utilise AI‑driven and data‑based tools to identify, attract and assess top talent.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality applicants.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• High energy, positive attitude and proactive mindset.
