TAG24 Specialist

About the role

The TAG24 Specialist provides high‑touch, out‑of‑hours travel support for TAG’s premium clients, handling urgent travel changes and new bookings. This role ensures seamless service delivery, meeting client expectations across air, hotel, rail and ancillary reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Process TAG24 travel requests, securing air, hotel, rail and ancillary reservations that meet client standards.
• Manage short‑notice changes to pre‑booked itineraries and create new bookings, including complex multi‑leg trips.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers to maximise savings and improve profitability.
• Respond promptly to urgent client queries with accurate information.
• Maintain accurate records in TAG’s software tools and provide detailed end‑of‑shift handovers.
• Ensure all PNRs in Galileo are correctly completed and follow quality‑control procedures.
• Support departmental administrative tasks and assist with accounting queries when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive travel‑management experience, preferably in an emergency or out‑of‑hours environment.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), especially Galileo.
• Strong PNR creation and management skills.
• Experience with travel‑booking software and related tools.
