Supply Chain Supervisor (Picking)

About the role

Join Adcorp’s ADfusion Contract Management Services as a Supply Chain Supervisor (Picking) and lead a team in a fast‑paced logistics and distribution environment. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with SOPs and health & safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day activities of a department of approximately 10 employees.
• Drive achievement of departmental KPIs, ensuring work is accurate, efficient and on time.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures, health & safety requirements, PPE standards and operational processes.
• Monitor attendance, training needs, staffing levels and scheduled overtime.
• Maintain operational discipline through daily registers, toolbox talks and end‑of‑shift housekeeping.
• Identify and resolve operational queries in collaboration with the ADfusion Shift Manager.

Required profile

• At least 6 months’ experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading and managing a team within a warehouse or operational setting.
