Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Source86, you will be the central hub that keeps goods moving smoothly from warehouse receipt to final delivery. Working remotely with a global team, you will ensure accurate order processing, inventory visibility and on‑time shipments across our network of third‑party and company‑managed warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, confirm and release inbound and outbound orders in the system, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate warehousing activities including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Track inventory movements, process receipts, transfers, adjustments and returns to keep stock records current.
• Arrange local deliveries and transportation, collaborating with carriers, warehouses and customers to meet pickup and delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor shipment status, flagging delays or exceptions to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain logistics data across systems and internal trackers, ensuring up‑to‑date order status, inventory levels and delivery confirmations.
• Prepare logistics reports and KPIs such as on‑time delivery, order accuracy and inventory accuracy.
• Investigate service issues, identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
• Support the continuous improvement of SOPs and process documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Procurement and Planning to meet inventory availability and delivery commitments.
