About the role

Our client is looking for motivated, customer‑focused Student Enrolment Agents to guide prospective learners through the enrolment journey. You will work in a target‑driven environment, converting leads into successful registrations while delivering a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via phone, email and chat.
• Provide detailed information on courses, programmes and benefits.
• Assist candidates in selecting programmes that match their career goals.
• Guide students from initial enquiry through to registration.
• Achieve individual and team enrolment targets.
• Respond to product‑related queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate student data in CRM and database pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and quality standards.
• Participate in quality‑assurance initiatives and use feedback for continuous improvement.
