Strategy Consultant

About the role

As a Strategy Consultant you will join Accenture’s Corporate Strategy & Growth team, working directly with senior management and C‑suite leaders of large, multi‑industry clients. You will help identify and shape new growth opportunities, design innovative business models and accelerate commercial results in the age of AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from ideation through execution, including market research and primary analysis.
• Identify, size and shape growth opportunities, developing end‑to‑end solutions that connect front‑end propositions with back‑end enablement.
• Design and launch new businesses, products, services and experiences, defining value drivers and financial projections.
• Drive pricing and profit optimisation to fuel growth.
• Conduct strategic assessments to uncover efficiency and competitive differentiation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations for senior executives and stakeholders.
• Structure traditional consulting commercial models and create innovative partnership deals.
• Support business development through sales, team development and recruiting.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of entrepreneurship.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of strategy consulting experience with a proven record of delivering client engagements.
• Experience working with senior management and C‑suite executives.
• Background in corporate strategy, growth strategy, business development or a related field.
• Honours degree or higher preferred.
