Strategic Account Sales Manager

About the role

DP World is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Sales Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of key freight‑forwarding customers. The role acts as a trusted advisor, delivering integrated logistics and supply‑chain solutions that drive revenue, profitability and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and strategic partner for assigned key accounts, building relationships at operational, tactical and executive levels.
• Identify growth opportunities, analyse supply‑chain inefficiencies and develop tailored logistics solutions to increase revenue and wallet share.
• Deliver on revenue, gross‑profit and account‑growth targets through strategic account plans and regular business reviews.
• Ensure successful implementation of contracts, SOPs and service standards, collaborating with internal teams to maintain high‑quality service.
• Monitor compliance, regulatory and contractual obligations, addressing risks and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management within logistics, freight forwarding or related supply‑chain sectors.
• Consultative selling approach with a track record of driving revenue and profitability growth.
• Strong understanding of customer business models, trade lanes and supply‑chain challenges.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels and influence decision‑making.
