Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Join Burnt Studios’ Woodlands retail team as the Store Manager. You will lead the store to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales performance and uphold the brand’s standards in Tshwane, Pretoria.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store performance through sales leadership, operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop a high‑performing team while fostering a positive store culture.
• Oversee daily operations including stock flow, financial administration, store standards and reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to boost overall performance.
• Ensure Burnt Studios’ brand values and customer experience standards are consistently upheld.

Required profile

• Proactive, adaptable leader who takes ownership and follows through.
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinker and able to work independently.
• Confident communicator thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑performance retail environment.
• Passionate retail professional who values people, teamwork and customer experience.
• 4–8 years of retail leadership or management experience.
• Relevant diploma or degree in retail business management or related field (advantageous).
