Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Burnt Studios is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store performance, lead the team and ensure an exceptional retail environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain standards and foster a culture that reflects the Burnt Studios brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall store performance through strong sales execution and customer experience.
• Lead and motivate the team, maintaining a positive, high-performance culture.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment and daily operational standards.
• Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance, processes and team effectiveness.
• Lead by example with professionalism, accountability and attention to detail.
