About the role
Foschini is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Menlyn location. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
- Control expenses and manage budget adherence.
- Monitor stock losses and keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Lead people management activities, including recruitment, staff development, performance management and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the company’s service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
