Store Manager (45 hrs/week)

About the role

Foschini is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Parow location. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing expenses, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control operating expenses and monitor budget adherence.
• Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Lead people management activities including recruitment, staff development, performance management and employee relations.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the company’s service strategy and meeting customer demands.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
