About the role
The Store Manager will lead the Vredendal store, overseeing daily operations and driving sales performance. This full‑time role requires a focus on customer satisfaction, efficient stock management and effective team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
- Control expenses and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Recruit, develop and manage staff, handling employee relations and performance management.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the company’s service strategy.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Monitor and improve store KPIs.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
- Ability to plan, organise and direct store activities.
- Proven track record of meeting sales and loss‑prevention targets.
