Stockroom Supervisor – 40 hrs/week – Menlyn Park

About the role

The Stockroom Supervisor will oversee receiving and dispatching of stock, ensure efficient rotation to the sales floor and maintain world‑class housekeeping standards, supporting the overall customer experience at @Home Livingspace, Menlyn Park.

Key responsibilities

• Provide feedback to management regarding stock issues and movements.
• Drive the ultimate customer experience.
• Ensure sales targets are met.
• Manage the receiving and dispatching of stock.
• Process stock within specified time frames.
• Facilitate efficient rotation of stock from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Maintain neatness and housekeeping standards at world‑class level.
• Manage shrinkage in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
• Retail experience (essential).
• 2 years stockroom experience (advantageous).
• Hospitality background (advantageous).

Required skills

• Customer‑centric attitude and approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to give direction to the stockroom team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
