About the role
The Stock Replenishment Analyst will manage supplier replenishment, stock coordination and distribution‑centre scheduling to ensure optimal stock availability and high service levels across our temperature‑controlled network in Southern Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Review order proposals, place orders and stock transfer requests on correct order days and delivery dates.
- Maintain safety stock, replenishment parameters and monitor key value items to sustain service levels.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with distribution centres, manage sales orders and supplier deliveries.
- Handle short deliveries, returns, recalls and damaged stock, and ensure stock availability for promotions.
- Adjust orders for promotional periods, monitor performance and communicate stock risks.
- Maintain accurate master data, order days, delivery schedules and distribution profiles in the system.
- Resolve delivery issues, track urgent orders and communicate delays to stores.
- Monitor inventory cover, service levels and identify aged or short‑dated stock.
Required profile
- Experience in stock replenishment, inventory management and distribution‑centre coordination.
- Ability to analyse reports, maintain service levels and manage promotional stock requirements.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers, stores, warehouse and sales teams.
