Procurement Manager

We are looking for a highly self‑sufficient Procurement Manager to lead supplier relationships, purchasing, stock control and pricing within a fast‑paced FMCG environment. The ideal candidate thrives on accountability, works autonomously and delivers results with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full supplier lifecycle, from selection to performance monitoring.
• Oversee purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods.
• Control inventory levels, conduct stock audits and maintain optimal stock balances.
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies aligned with market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve best value.
• Analyse spend data and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the FMCG sector, specifically food products.
• Self‑driven professional who takes ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑pressure environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
