Statistics Trainer – AI & Emerging Tech Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Statistics Trainer who can blend deep statistical knowledge with cutting‑edge AI and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging training programmes for corporate and government audiences, turning complex concepts into practical, actionable skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions on statistics, data analysis, and related technologies.
• Facilitate workshops, case studies, demonstrations, and hands‑on learner activities.
• Adapt training content for diverse audiences, including managers, analysts, and operational staff.
• Showcase practical AI tools (e.g., Generative AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) within statistical workflows.
• Introduce emerging technologies such as machine learning, data‑analytics automation, and modern visualisation platforms.
• Engage professionally with clients, learners, and project stakeholders, supporting coordination and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a statistics‑related environment.
• Proven track record delivering training for corporate organisations or government departments.
• Experience facilitating professional workshops and capacity‑building programmes.
• Strong ability to present technical material to adult learners.
