About the role
An opportunity exists for a Staff Nurse to join the team at the Ravel Street Medical Centre branch in Vereeniging. The role requires a proven track record in phlebotomy and alignment with PathCare values.
Required profile
- Enrolled Nurse Certificate and registration with the SANC.
- Valid Code B manual driver’s licence.
- Fluent in English with an understanding of Afrikaans.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and client‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Phlebotomy experience (order of draw).
- Knowledge of point‑of‑care instruments such as Hemocue, Stratus and arterial blood‑gas analysis.
- Computer literacy; Meditech system knowledge is advantageous.
- Pathology testing experience.
