Specialist Client Engagement I

About the role

Capitec Bank is looking for a Specialist Client Engagement I in Sandton. The role is for a client engagement agent who applies and provides data and systems know-how to support, track, develop and improve basic client engagement programmes, campaigns and prompts across the client engagement life cycle. You will also conceptualise, articulate, design and build basic Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution designs for specific communication programmes, campaigns and business requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of technical CRM experience in a client relationship environment or business engineering, understanding data, modelling, selection, systems and integration points from a client-centric view.
• Ideal: more than 1 year of client engagement experience and more than 1 year of programme or business engineering project experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a similar field.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
