About the role
Join DigiOutsource, a leading provider of online gaming solutions, as a Spanish Customer Service Host. You will be the first point of contact for players, handling inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, and ensuring a world‑class experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through telephone, email, and online chat in Spanish.
- Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
- Enter relevant information into internal databases accurately.
- Build and manage customer relationships, including cross‑selling products and services.
- Problem‑solve issues during shifts and take full responsibility for customer queries.
- Maintain excellent time management and adhere to scheduled shifts.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by managers or shift supervisors.
Required profile
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
