About the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with Python and Django experience to help grow our rapidly expanding forex service. You will own projects end‑to‑end, work closely with the CTO and development team, and contribute to building new products and integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, test and deploy code that enhances our service range, returns and cost efficiency.
- Accelerate development of API integrations, process automations, database optimisation, staff interfaces and client dashboards.
- Collaborate with the CTO and dev team on larger projects and resolve production issues.
- Participate in system upgrades and share knowledge with colleagues.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of software development experience with CI/CD and version control.
- 2 years of hands‑on experience with Python and a web framework such as Django in production.
- Basic Linux server maintenance knowledge and experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely with high autonomy.
