Social Media & Website Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Website Coordinator to join our team in Sandton. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing multiple brand channels, and maintaining our WordPress/WooCommerce sites.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Pinterest.
• Produce short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using mobile tools such as CapCut or InShot.
• Design graphics, stories, carousels and campaign assets with Canva or Figma.
• Write platform‑specific copy with clear calls‑to‑action.
• Capture basic product photography and lifestyle shots for social and web use.
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with product launches and promotions.
• Monitor comments, direct messages and online engagement, responding professionally.
• Boost posts and run basic Meta paid campaigns to support sales.
• Track performance metrics (social reach, website traffic, conversion rates) and report actionable insights.
• Create email marketing campaigns and automations using Mailerlite or similar.
• Maintain and update WordPress/WooCommerce sites, including product catalogs, landing pages, banners, blogs, pricing and stock.
• Use Elementor to customise page layouts and support promotional initiatives.
• Assist with basic SEO, plugin updates, security patches and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or a related role.
• Proven ability to create content for multiple platforms.
• Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Portfolio showcasing social media content, graphics, videos and website work.
• Own reliable transport, vehicle insurance and personal medical aid cover.
