Social Media Specialist – Lead Generation Focus

About the role

ALM Corp is seeking a results‑driven Social Media Specialist to own and grow its owned social channels. The role is centered on turning LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube into high‑performing lead‑generation engines that feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven social strategies with lead generation as the primary KPI.
• Build and optimise social funnels, lead magnets and gated content campaigns.
• Track, analyse and report lead quality, CPL and conversion rates across all platforms.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and nurturing.
• Create written, visual and video content tailored to American business owners and marketing directors.
• Repurpose blogs, case studies and webinars into platform‑native formats.
• Engage followers, prospects and influencers; manage comments, DMs and brand sentiment.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and X Ads, including A/B testing and audience targeting.
• Own analytics using native platform tools, Google Analytics and CRM integrations; deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B social media accounts with a focus on lead generation.
• Comfortable acting as a brand spokesperson and appearing on camera.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a professional audience.
