Social Media Manager & Lead Engagement Executive

About the role

Ignite Webs is seeking a motivated Social Media Manager & Lead Engagement Executive to drive our social presence and convert enquiries into qualified appointments. You will create compelling content, manage multiple platforms, and engage directly with potential clients via phone and Zoom.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Write captions and craft content that supports company goals.
• Contact and follow up with leads through calls and messaging.
• Respond to enquiries from Facebook forms, website forms, and other channels.
• Arrange and attend Zoom calls with prospects.
• Present Ignite Webs services confidently during client conversations.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and lead handling.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional telephone manner.
• Confident, clear communication skills for phone and video calls.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Preference for candidates based in South Africa.
