Social Media Manager – Instagram & LinkedIn

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build and grow a founder’s personal brand on Instagram and LinkedIn. Working remotely on a part‑time schedule, you will transform raw content into engaging posts and short‑form videos while shaping the overall content strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social‑media strategy focused on Instagram with supporting LinkedIn content.
• Edit videos and create short‑form reels, promotional clips, and other engaging formats.
• Design graphics and visual assets that align with the personal brand’s aesthetic.
• Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
• Showcase the founder’s entrepreneurial journey, leadership, ventures, and lifestyle.
• Research current trends and implement tactics to maximize organic reach.
• Collaborate closely with the client to keep brand voice and messaging consistent.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a portfolio of Instagram growth.
• Strong video‑editing and graphic‑design capabilities.
• Experience creating content for personal brands, entrepreneurs, or executives.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and current social‑media trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
