Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, data‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote talent pool. You will help U.S. clients strengthen their online presence, engage target audiences, and drive measurable growth across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content that aligns with each client’s brand and objectives.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze performance with analytics tools and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and other team members to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Apply SEO best practices to optimise content and campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and self‑discipline for independent work.

• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software).
• SEO, content marketing, email marketing and paid social advertising.
