Skin Therapist – Retail (OR Tambo)

About the role

Dermalogica South Africa is seeking enthusiastic skin therapists to join its retail team at OR Tambo. You will represent the world‑leading skincare brand, engage customers, and help them become loyal Dermalogica users.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all treatments and concept procedures in line with Dermalogica standards.
• Own monthly sales targets and monitor daily goal achievement.
• Conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, updating records in the POS system.
• Assist customers with product selection and follow up via phone or email after sales and treatments.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory handling, order unpacking, and sales promotions.
• Maintain a clean and professional treatment area, stock shelves, and replenish product displays.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 with at least 2 years full‑time experience.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for retail and a proven sales track record.
• Confident customer engagement and self‑motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage.
