Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage daily on‑site activities for a leading property and construction client. The role involves coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site labourers and construction workers.
• Ensure building materials, tools and equipment are available at all times.
• Monitor construction budgets and track site‑related expenses.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan and implement daily and weekly work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and report progress to management.
• Prepare and present accurate site reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience as a Junior Site Supervisor or similar role in finishing works.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Physically fit and able to perform site‑based duties.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and travel to various sites.

Required skills

• Interpretation of technical drawings and plans.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Basic site safety practices.
