Site Supervisor / Foreman – 2 openings

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Site Supervisors / Foremen to lead the construction of reinforced‑concrete bridges and associated civil works for the Mpilo–Maseru Central Bridges Project. The role involves overseeing earthworks and concrete works across four project zones in Maseru, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily earthworks and concrete construction activities on site.
• Monitor and enforce quality control procedures and construction standards.
• Interpret and apply construction drawings, designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project engineers to maintain schedule.
• Report progress, issues and safety observations to project management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience supervising earthworks and concrete works.
• Proven ability to manage quality control and ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Strong understanding of interpreting construction drawings and designs.
