Site Manager – Cleaning Operations (Pretoria West)

About the role

Pro 2 Clean Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations at its Pretoria West contract. The role involves leading a team, ensuring service quality, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the cleaning contract and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate cleaning staff, handling attendance, leave, discipline, and performance.
• Conduct daily quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain client relationships, address concerns promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Control stock, chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational reports on time.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in the contract cleaning industry, with at least 2 years in a site‑manager role.
• Strong leadership, people‑management, and communication abilities.
• Valid South African driver’s licence; own reliable transport is advantageous.
• Honest, reliable, disciplined and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
