Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to lead facilities, maintenance, utilities and site services. You will ensure equipment reliability, operational uptime and a safe, compliant work environment while driving engineering improvement initiatives across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all equipment maintenance and reliability initiatives, implementing preventive and planned maintenance systems.
• Manage machine breakdowns, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Support automation, PLC systems, sensors, drives and production technology.
• Oversee site utilities (electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water) and facilities infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP and operational standards.
• Manage site services such as security, cleaning, waste and pest control.
• Lead engineering projects, equipment installation, commissioning and optimisation.
• Implement and manage CMMS, develop maintenance KPIs and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Hands‑on engineer with strong technical expertise across mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
• Proactive, solutions‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and able to lead projects while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Minimum 5‑8 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
