About the role
We are seeking a Site Artisan to support preventive and reactive infrastructure maintenance on construction sites across South Africa. The role combines hands‑on repairs with systematic planning to keep civil, structural and building assets operating safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on infrastructure.
- Execute civil, structural and building repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct fault finding and root‑cause analysis.
- Utilise maintenance tools and equipment effectively.
- Plan work and manage job cards.
- Adhere to quality, environmental and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.
Required profile
- Proven experience in civil, structural or building maintenance.
- Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
- Analytical mindset for diagnosing issues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
