About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Silo Manager to oversee daily grain operations at our Hopetown facility. The role combines people leadership, operational control and quality management to ensure efficient handling and storage of grain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all silo and grain handling activities on a daily basis.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance in grain storage.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs and implement financial controls.
• Develop and mentor a team of operational staff.
• Oversee administrative processes and system reporting related to silo performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in grain or silo management.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Deep understanding of grain handling, storage techniques and related regulations.
• Financial insight with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
• Solid administrative and systems competency.
