Service Manager

About the role

Our client, a national information management provider, is seeking a commercially driven Service Manager to lead a regional Client Services team in Cape Town. The role focuses on service excellence, customer retention, and account growth while developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 8–15 Client Service Consultants.
• Partner with key clients to identify new business opportunities and strengthen long‑term relationships.
• Drive recurring revenue and expand existing accounts.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional support throughout their partnership.
• Oversee client visits and route management.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of customer service experience in the service sector.
• At least 3 years in a service management role.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
