Senior Test Analyst – Oracle Fusion

About the role

Data Monkey is looking for a Senior Test Analyst to lead testing activities for Oracle Fusion applications. You will own the design, execution and reporting of functional, integration and end‑to‑end tests across ERP, EPM and HCM modules, ensuring high‑quality delivery for enterprise transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios and scripts for Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and HCM initiatives.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke and end‑to‑end testing, validating APIs, workflows, reporting outputs and data migrations.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle: identification, logging, prioritisation, retesting and closure.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with global process owners, lead workshops, walkthroughs and defect‑triage sessions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, solution architects, developers and data migration teams.
• Produce test reports, defect summaries, UAT sign‑off documentation and quality status updates.
• Assess testing risks, escalate critical issues and support release‑readiness decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing standards, reusable assets and regression practices.

Required profile

• Strong software testing, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience in facilitating UAT workshops and coordinating with technical and business teams.
