Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Pnet, part of The StepStone Group, is a leading online job board in South Africa. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and joins the international Talent Acquisition team while working closely with the local People team in South Africa. You will own local hiring in South Africa and support international hiring demand when required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, primarily for Sales roles in South Africa, from sourcing to onboarding, and support hiring across other functions when needed.
• Design and implement market and function talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals and improve efficiency and quality.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic TA partner, giving data-driven, market-specific insights.
• Analyse recruitment metrics, market trends and system data to improve processes and support data-driven hiring decisions.
• Leverage AI and other technologies to improve sourcing, attraction, assessment and overall recruitment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-country, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record in Sales recruitment and a strong understanding of the South African sales talent marketplace.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a global team across countries.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated experience using AI and other innovative technologies in recruitment.
