Senior Systems Engineer – AD, Entra ID & PAM (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join a fast‑growing provider of custom cloud solutions. The role is hybrid, based in Cape Town, and involves designing, implementing and supporting identity and access management services for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts for provisioning, reporting and remediation.
• Manage Office 365 Conditional Access policies and integration with Azure AD.
• Implement and support Privileged Access Management solutions such as CyberArk or Delinea.
• Provide administration for Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, SCCM and Intune.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure cloud solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and identity management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Virtual Desktop).
