Senior Software Support Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Software Support Engineer you will provide technical assistance to customers using our iPaaS platform. You will work closely with development and project teams, troubleshoot issues, and help improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and live chat in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform‑related issues.
• Document and track tickets in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with development and project teams to escalate complex problems.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay current with new platform features and updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support, preferably SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing and web‑based applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise Manage is a plus.
• Degree preferred, with a focus on continuous growth.

Required skills

• Postman for API testing.
• Scripting in Bash, PowerShell or VBScript.
• SQL and database querying.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Use of ticketing tools (e.g., ConnectWise Manage).
