Senior Software Engineer – Flutter Mobile Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter to design and deliver high‑quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. The role sits within a collaborative, high‑performing team that follows Agile practices and focuses on performance, user experience, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Build scalable, well‑tested software with a strong emphasis on performance and UX.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers and technical leads to deliver new features.
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and technical decision‑making.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Write unit and integration tests following Test‑Driven Development principles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart, delivering apps for both iOS and Android.
• Experience with state‑management solutions such as Bloc or Cubit.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web services.
• Proven ability to work in Agile development environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
• Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience is a plus.
• Interest in gaming or digital entertainment is beneficial.
