Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

The Senior Sales Development Representative will join a fully remote, UK‑hour based team focused on generating high‑value acquisition meetings with business owners. You will act as the first point of contact, building credibility with senior decision‑makers and feeding a robust outbound pipeline for the company’s directors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls and outreach to targeted business owners identified through research.
• Engage C‑suite executives and founders, explaining why their business is selected for an acquisition conversation.
• Maintain a consultative, professional communication style throughout all interactions.
• Secure, confirm, and schedule acquisition introduction meetings using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
• Build and sustain a pipeline capable of delivering approximately 40 qualified meetings per month after training.
• Manage daily project assignments and pipeline progression with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Senior SDR, Business Development Representative or Inside Sales Team Lead.
• Proven track record in outbound phone prospecting, high‑volume cold calling, and appointment setting.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule meetings and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Exceptional verbal communication with a polished, authoritative phone presence.
• Strong autonomous working style and ability to establish immediate credibility with senior executives.
